The tropical rainforests are a virtual library of natural medicine, with many secrets and untold natural treasures of the medicinal plants used by the shamans and the healers.
So alluring are the mysteries of indigenous medicinal knowledge that well over 97 pharmaceutical corporations, including the United States of America government and many European governments continue to fund projects to study the specific plants used by the native natural medicine healers.
The “internal” National Cancer Institute(NCI) research report referenced in the previous post regarding graviola extracts as being effective against various cancers ,was partly done by Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana and was funded by both the NCI and the National Health Institute. Thus far, Purdue University and/or it’s research staff have filed at least nine patents on their research around the antitumorus properties and uses of the natural graviola extracts.
In one of their previous reviews, these researchers at Purdue University, state “recently we reported that the graviola extracts can selectively inhibit the growth of cancerous cells and also inhibit the growth of adriamycin resistant tumor cells”. Holy Cow!
In the meanwhile, the authors at this site are not as yet aware of any doubleblind clinical trials with graviola. The research reports show that natural graviola is thousands of times stronger (10,000 times) than chemotherapy, and that graviola is superbly effective against multi-drug resistant human breast adenocarcinoma.
