Clinical Research Provides Evidence That Nutritional Deficiencies Are The Root Cause Of Depression.

The optimal health ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is 1:1, with the best ratio being( 0.17 to 1) or 0.17:1

Across the English channel from mainland Europe to the British Isles, research folks at the Medical School of the University of York. produced clinical evidence, after a study of more than 14,900 humans, that low levels of folate ( available as a nutritional supplement) are directly related to so called chronic depression.
