The alternative health therapies of meditation and yoga, provide relief from fatigue.

A clinical study of 71 multiple-sclerosis patients, used cognitive benchmarks or measures to assess anxiety levels, mood stability and fatigue levels, in addition to health related quality of life.

The clinical researchers found that the patients who participated in meditation regularly or practiced yoga, reported relief from fatigue and an improvement in well-being and energy levels, compared to the patients who did neither.
