Dietary Fiber From Grapefruit Is Reducing Cholesterol.

Dietary-fiber from grapefruit has amply demonstrated it’s abilities  at reducing  cholesterol and can be an effective part of a diet to lower cholesterol.

It is already an indisputable clinical and nutritional fact that dietary- fiber, and in some nutritional circles it is called roughage, is a critical part of good nutrition.

Please reader, be aware that operative in the background in the 1920’s and 1930’s is the advent of industry, food processing and movement of people to towns/cities from rural areas and thus the kind of foods generally available in high population centers are mostly not the best nutrition.

As if in unison, international medical experts have the evidence that as the amount of dietary-fiber(roughage) in our diet decreases, the incidences of cancer of the rectum and cancer of the colon, obesity, coronary heart disease and heart attacks, diverticulosis, ldl cholesterol, and a number of disability-dealing diseases, all increase in almost direct proportion.
